The Coaching Process
How it works: We’ll start with a free Complimentary Session, which gives us the chance to meet each other, talk through objectives and expectations, and see if we click. It’s a no-obligation opportunity for you to get a taste of the difference it can make to have me as your Coach. To your benefit, I am also a Chaplain, credentialed with IFOC (International Fellowship of Chaplains).
So, you're wondering: "What's a Chaplain?" A Chaplain is a Care-Giiver with a deep-heart Passion to help people in all areas of their lives. Typically, Chaplains are the First-Responders to a disaster or crisis situation to comfort those in distress. Now, you receive two-for-one: Coach Life-Skills with a Chaplain's Caring Heart!
Should you decide to sign on, the coaching relationship begins by identifying your dreams and desires: the changes you want to make and the passions you want to pursue. We’ll discover and clarify what your best life is, then create Goals and Action Plans to make it happen. Our coaching relationship will provide a consistent, affirming Support Structure that will keep you focused and on track. Along the way we’ll find plenty of chances to brainstorm, troubleshoot the obstacles and celebrate your wins. Together, as we travel your New-Life Path, we’ll also have lots of fun! We’ll build an authentic, energizing friendship where we can laugh together, share deeply, and communicate with passion about the future.
What’s Included: Your "New Client" Discount and...
In a typical coaching relationship, we meet each week per month by phone for 45 minutes to an hour each time. Prior to our first Session, I will email you my New Coach Approach Welcome Packet. This outlines what you can expect from me as your Coach and what I expect from you as my Client. This includes: The Coach Agreement Form; your three choice-options to check so I'll know how to best coach you for your maximun benefit; Coaching Policies and Procedures; Coaching Call Prep Form (to be emailed to me within a minimum of 24 hours before each Session); and a Basic Client Intake Form.
In our initial Intake Session we’ll design the details of the relationship based on your answers, objectives, goals and needs. After that, you’ll choose the Action Steps you want to take each week to continue moving forward to accomplish your goals. We'll partner together to identify and work through whatever obstacles surface so you continue your momentum to move forward.
I give a New Client Discount the first month, and I ask for a three month commitment up front as it takes some time to get life-changing results! However, some Clients opt in for six months from the beginning as they come to realize how beneficial Coaching is for them and their future. After the first three months, we can go month-to-month, as needed. I’ll send you a contract that includes these details so we have everything in writing.
